A productive student doesn't spend time drawing pictures all over their notebooks, they spend time listening to the teacher and jotting down any useful notes.
A productive teacher should have the day planned already not planning it as it goes. I think that a teacher shouldn't be just all work work work. They need to have a little excitement in their days so the students and themselves don't get bored.
To have a productive learning enviroment, we should seperate the people who talk to much with the people around them now and move them to other places around the room. So that some of us... can listen and not get distracted as easily.

An effective/productive student will always be promt to the work he or she is working on. They will always complete their work ontime. They will never procrastinate and do poor work. An effective teacher is one who is on a personal basis with his or her students. He or she will know their students names first of all, and second, know many things about that student. Being on good terms with the children will urge students to do good work and be polite. To have a productive learning enviroment, the class needs to get to know one another. This will help to make the class more of a community, working together to succeed.
